Context
Beyond the websites I design end to end, I have worked on international CMS platforms. This case sums up what that work involves day to day: mastering the tool, keeping content quality high and coordinating the teams around it. I contributed to rolling out sites across several countries, on different CMS, then to managing them: web coordination and web operations.
